It is not a bad recipe. However, it is too mustard forward which the TV dinner did not have in it taste wise. In addition, I think ketchup in the gravy should be replaced with tomatoe paste. But don't get me wrong, this is good as is. Just different than what you expect from trying to match the tv dinner. Hey, Chef John: The TV dinner concluded with the best part-- the brownie.
